JOSEPH CHARLES VIOLA

...is a Manhattan-born, New Jersey-raised casting director, mother agent, stylist, photographer and creative director, among other things. Their work spans across a broad range of mediums as an exploration of self, community, connection, and collaboration through a queer lens.

Joseph has worked as a casting director, photographer, stylist, among other roles with artists, clients and publications such as Thom Browne, Interview Magazine, Business of Fashion, Office Magazine, Buffalo Zine, Gregory Halpern and Slava Mogutin. Since launching their mother agency only four years ago, talent represented by Joseph have been placed with agencies such as IMG Worldwide, The Society/Elite World, and DNA Models, have worked with countless clients including Miu Miu, JW Anderson, Valentino, Balenciaga, Nike, Adidas and Levis, have walked near 100 runways and can be seen in over 60 editorials and 20 cover stories in publications such as Self Service, T Magazine, Document Journal, Harper's Bazaar, Vogue, i-D, M du Monde, Re-Edition, Interview and Purple Fashion Magazine.
